Job Description

To provide professional and compassionate communication support to patients through inbound calls. The Telecaller serves as the first point of contact, resolving patient queries, offering counseling guidance, and ensuring accurate data entry in the software system.

The goal is to create a positive and reassuring experience for every patient seeking Swayampurnupchar therapy.


  • Key Responsibilities:1. Inbound Call HandlingAttend all incoming patient calls promptly and courteously.
  • Listen actively to patient concerns, doubts, or queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic, and positive tone throughout communication.
  • Ensure that each caller feels heard, understood, and guided appropriately.
  • 2. Patient Support & CounsellingExplain the Swayampurnupchar therapy process and its holistic healing principles.
  • Guide patients about their scheduled consultations, healing sessions, or follow-ups.
  • Counsel patients regarding the importance of regularity, mental faith, and patience in the healing journey.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the Team Leader or Healer when required.
  • 3. Software Entry & DocumentationAccurately record each call’s details, queries, and resolutions in the Niraamay patient management system.
  • Update patient records regularly with remarks, feedback, and next steps.
  • Ensure all data is entered correctly and is accessible for review by the Team Leader.
  • 4. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with the healing and admin teams to ensure smooth patient handling.
  • Follow instructions and updates from Team Leads related to call handling, scripts, or patient status.
  • Participate in team meetings, discussions, and training sessions for performance improvement.
  • Skills & Competencies Required:Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
  • Strong listening and empathetic response skills.
  • Ability to handle emotional or anxious patients calmly.
  • Computer proficiency for software entry and patient record management.
  • Counseling attitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive, disciplined, and team-oriented behavior.
  • Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 1 years in telecalling or patient support preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication and empathetic nature are also welcome.
