Job Description
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
- Experience in telecalling or IndiaMART leads preferred
- Freshers can also apply
- Honest, punctual, and ready to work in office
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Follow up with IndiaMART and other online leads
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Maintain customer data and call records on computer
- Handle front office work and visitor coordination
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team
- Basic email and WhatsApp communication with clients
