Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role involves regular interaction with customers to ensure smooth order processing, clear communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and verification
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and polite manner
• Provide accurate information regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product details
• Resolve basic customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, and updates in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams if required to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions
• Achieve a daily calling target, with an average of 20 to 50 calls per day, depending on workload

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages
• Basic customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, etc.)
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus, but not mandatory
