Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. You will play a key role in achieving our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients based on leads provided.
• Understand the products/services offered by the company to provide accurate information to potential customers.
• Engage potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Follow up on previous communication with clients and nurture potential leads.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and address their queries.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the lead generation process.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM software knowledge is a plus).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or sales (telemarketing, telesales, or call center experience is an advantage).
• Ability to speak multiple languages, if applicable, to cater to a diverse customer base.
