*Location:* Katraj, Pune

*Salary:* ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

*Job Description:*

We're looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to call and close deals for our Katraj, Pune location. You'll be responsible for:

- Calling potential customers and pitching our products/services

- Closing deals and meeting sales targets

- Building relationships with customers and resolving queries

- Updating CRM and reporting sales progress

*Requirements:*

- 0-2 years of experience in telesales or sales

- Basic communication and persuasion skills

- Hindi and English proficiency (Marathi preferred)

- Comfortable with target-driven sales environment
