Job Description

  • 🎯 Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided data
  • Explain details of CA / CMA / CS courses, batches, fees & schedules
  • Handle inbound inquiries politely and professionally
  • Generate leads, follow-ups, and admissions conversions
  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status
  • Address student/parent doubts and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with academic & admission teams
  • 🎓 Eligibility & Skills:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Good Hindi, English & local language communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive & student-friendly approach
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred)
  • Experience in education telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
