Job Description
- Outbound Calling: Contact existing and prospective Maruti Suzuki car owners for insurance renewals, updates, and new policy sales.
- Product Pitching: Explain benefits of Maruti Insurance/partners (Third-party, Comprehensive, OD) to customers.
- Sales Target: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets for insurance policies.
- Customer Handling: Resolve insurance queries and assist in policy issuance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM/DMS.
