Job Description
Process: Loan Collection Executive - Outbound Voice Process
Location: Vadgaon BK & Kothrud, Pune
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding loan EMI payments
- Follow up on pending dues and payment commitments
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Handle customer queries related to payments and closures
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets while following compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Min. HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Languages: Hindi & Marathi mandatory, Average English
- Comfortable with outbound calling & recovery process
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 10,000 - 16,000 In-hand + Unlimited incentives
