Telecaller

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with prospects and maintain call records
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Maintain a database of customer interactions in CRM
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Required Qualifications:Minimum HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Prior experience in telecalling/tele sales preferred
• Key Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Preferred:Experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles

Knowledge of multiple languages (Hindi, English, Regional language)
