Job Responsibilities:

• Call to customers
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads or appointments for the sales team
• Answer customer queries and provide basic information
• Maintain call records and update customer details
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
