Job Description
Job Title: Insurance Telecaller
Location: Wagholi, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month+ Performance incentive
Work Mode: Office-based
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for insurance policies (life, health, Corporate etc.)
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and close sales
- Follow up on leads, handle queries, and maintain CRM data
- Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers & experience in insurance/telecalling can apply
- basic communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
