• Key Responsibilities:

• Tele Sales & Lead Conversion:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up with incoming leads.
• Explain course details, benefits, and outcomes to prospective students.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

• Institute Management:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of training activities.
• Assist in maintaining discipline, class schedules, and infrastructure readiness.

• Student Fee Collection:

• Track student payments, follow up on pending fees, and ensure timely fee collection.
• Maintain accurate financial records and issue receipts.

• Batch Scheduling:

• Plan and organize batch schedules in coordination with trainers and students.
• Notify students of upcoming classes or changes in the timetable.

• Trainer Management:

• Coordinate with trainers regarding session timings, feedback, and resource requirements.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all faculty members.

• Lead Generation:

• Collaborate with marketing team to generate and nurture leads through campaigns, events, and digital channels.
• Maintain a lead management system and ensure follow-ups.

• Student Placement Support:

• Assist in coordinating placement activities and preparing students for interviews.
• Communicate with hiring partners and schedule placement drives.

• Key Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
