Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

The Telesales and Computer Operator Specialist will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets, while also performing critical data entry, system management, and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and proficiency in various computer applications.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities📞 Telesales Duties:Execute Outbound Calls: Place a high volume of calls daily to leads and existing customers to promote and sell company products or services.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion quotas.
• Customer Engagement: Provide accurate, detailed information about products/services and patiently answer customer questions.
• Objection Handling: Professionally address and overcome customer resistance or objections to close sales.
• Follow-up: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and finalize sales opportunities.
• 💻 Computer Operator/Administrative Duties:Data Entry and CRM Management: Accurately input and update customer information, call results, and sales details into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in real-time.
• Reporting: Generate basic reports on daily call activity, sales funnel status, and progress toward goals.
• System Navigation: Efficiently utilize all relevant office software, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
• Documentation: Maintain organized electronic records of all communication and sales transactions.
• 📋 Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: Previous experience (e.g., 6+ months) in a telesales, customer service, or data entry role is preferred.
• Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated competence with computers, including high typing speed and accuracy, and a working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills, a professional phone voice, and strong active listening abilities.
• Sales Drive: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task between talking on the phone and updating computer systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
