Position: Telecaller Outbound (Voice Process)

Qualifications Required: Min Hsc Pass to any Graduate

Salary:

▪ Up to ₹15,000 (Depend upon Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles

▪ Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

▪ Coordinating with department heads for staffing needs

▪ Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports

▪ Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires

◾ Required Skills:

▪ Good communication skills

▪ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

▪ Basic understanding of recruitment processes

▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
