Telecaller Outbound

Education Counselor role, which is a professional individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support, and counseling.

  *> Good Communication - English, Hindi, or Regional language

  >Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power

  >Need to do outbound calls & follow-up calls daily.

  >Counsel the students for various courses offered by the University/Institute

  >Effectively manage the leads allocated & maintain the student's follow-up record using CRM

  >Need to convert the leads into paid applications (weekly and monthly targets involved)
