Job Description
Process: Customer Care Executive - Collection Process
Shift Details:
- Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Rotational
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for EMI reminders and loan recovery
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Handle basic customer queries related to loans and EMIs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Min. Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Languages Required: Hindi, Marathi & English
- Communication Skills: Average
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Salary: Upto ₹15,000 In-Hand + Incentives
