About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our Medilio Plus team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, explaining product details, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain Medilio Plus products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide complete product information.
• Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
• Generate leads and transfer hot leads to the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide pricing, product features, and availability details (beds, chairs, medical equipment, etc.).
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order updates.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
• Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Hindi / Marathi / Basic English).
• Confident and polite phone etiquette.
• Ability to explain product details clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM).
• Quick learner with positive attitude.
• Experience in telecalling/sales preferred, freshers can also apply.
• QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Freshers and experienced both can apply.
