Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

Motion Education, Deccan is hiring energetic and target-driven Tele calling Executives to join our growing team.

The role involves connecting with potential leads, explaining our academic programs, and converting inquiries into walk-ins and admissions for JEE, NEET, MHT-CET and Foundation (6th–10th) courses.

You will play a key role in driving enrollments and supporting our mission of guiding students toward academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Calling & Conversion

• Make daily outbound calls to potential leads to generate walk-ins and admissions.
• Explain the features and benefits of our programs (JEE, NEET & Foundation 6–10).
• Promote online learning products such as video lectures, test series, and digital learning platforms.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with the objective of converting inquiries.

Sales, CRM & Reporting

• Update CRM with accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain and manage daily call logs, follow-up schedules, and conversion data.
• Support in preparing daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.

Customer Assistance

• Provide clear information about courses, fees, batches, and processes.
• Address student/parent queries professionally and effectively.
• Build rapport with leads to increase engagement and conversion.

Requirements – Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in tele calling, tele sales, inside sales, or counselling (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and follow structured calling processes.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and basic MS Office.
• Understanding of JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs is a plus.
• Languages: English & Hindi required; Marathi preferred.
• Proactive, target-focused, and customer-driven mindset.
