Position: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the Role:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The role involves calling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from digital, walk-in, and referral leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
• Understand customer requirements (budget, location, property type)
• Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, possession timelines, etc.
• Schedule and confirm site visits for sales managers.
• Maintain accurate calling notes and lead updates in CRM/Callyzer/Excel.
• Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into site visits and bookings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and closure support.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly site visit / lead conversion goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1 – 3 years of experience as a Telecaller / CRM / Telesales executive (real estate preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel.
