Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Full-Time, Telesales Executive for our Pune office. (Shivaji Nagar)

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students who have recently completed their studies and are looking to start their career.

You will connect with prospective students and parents, explain study-abroad programs over calls, resolve queries, and follow up to help them take the next steps. You will also work with our team to ensure students have a smooth and supportive experience. Basic training will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills and a friendly approach
• Interest in interacting with students and parents over calls
• Basic understanding of customer service and willingness to learn
• Ability to stay organized and handle follow-ups
• No prior experience required — freshers are welcome
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
