Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote personal loan products
- Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation clearly
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan options
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for loan processing
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
