Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or gather information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic issues.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with the sales or marketing team for campaign alignment.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
• Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert preferred languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
• Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
