Job Description
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills (Hindi / English / regional language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince customers.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and patience in handling rejections.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or banking sales is an advantage.
- Work EnvironmentUsually call center / office based job.
- May involve day shift or rotational shifts.
- Performance is measured based on sales conversions and call targets.
- Salary (Typical Range in India)₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (fixed salary)
