- Make outbound & handle inbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and pitch Yuvwaa Speed services confidently
- Convert leads into successful sales and meet daily/weekly targets
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Update call details, leads, and conversions in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with on-ground and internal teams for lead closure
- Represent the Yuvwaa Speed brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
