Job Description
- Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to promote products/services, explain features, and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls: Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
- Generate leads and sales: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or become leads for the sales team.
- Resolve issues: Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Record and document: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including call details and outcomes.
- Follow up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to build rapport and ensure continued engagement.
- Achieve targets: Work to meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales and performance targets.
- Collaborate with team: Report observations and analysis to a supervisor or team lead.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal communication is crucial.
- Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence customer decisions and handle objections effectively.
