Telecalling Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, providing information about products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain records of calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments or product demos.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the concerned department when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards during all communication.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: High School (12th pass) or Graduate.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
