Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a confident and persuasive Telecalling Executive to contact potential or existing customers, explain products/services, and generate leads or close sales over the phone.

KeyResponsibilities:·       

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• ·       Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries
• ·       Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales (as per target)
• ·       Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• ·       Follow up on leads and update CRM or call logs
• ·       Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• ·       Handle customer objections professionally
• Requirements:·       Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred
• ·       Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]
• ·       Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
• ·       Basic computer knowledge
• ·       Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (freshers can apply)
