Tele Calling Executive – DSA Acquisition & Business Support
Role Summary
The Tele Caller will be responsible for DSA acquisition, business generation support, and event outreach activities through structured calling. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and basic data handling using Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on business leads received from DSAs.
- Coordinate calling campaigns for events conducted across different cities.
- Communicate event details, confirmations, and follow-ups with invitees.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up data in Excel sheets.
- Share daily calling MIS and reports with the reporting manager.
- Support sales and relationship teams with calling-based business activities.
- Make outbound calls for DSA acquisition and onboarding support.
