Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage Daily Calls: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
2. Follow-Up: Initiate timely follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and encourage them to take the next steps in the application process.
3. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and call logs in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

· Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing role is preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.

· Strong active listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with callers.

· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
