Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating sales leads, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Generate sales leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality communication and support.
• Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role (freshers can apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience in sales, B2C/B2B calling, or customer retention.
• Multilingual abilities (depending on region).
