Job Description

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for calling potential customers who visited our website or added products to their cart but didn’t complete the purchase. Your goal is to understand their concerns, assist them with the buying process, and convert warm leads into successful orders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Call and follow up with website visitors, abandoned cart users, and COD leads.
  • Understand reasons for non-purchase and offer solutions or discounts.
  • Guide customers through product details, payment, and delivery options.
  • Maintain daily call logs and conversion reports in CRM/Shopify.
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams for feedback and insights.
