Job Description

  • Clear, polite communication in the local language and basic English.
  • Confidence on phone, good listening skills, and convincing/soft‑sales ability for explaining home‑tuition services to parents and students.
  • Basic computer skills: using phone dialer/CRM, WhatsApp, email, and typing simple data.
  • Experience and responsibilitiesFresher or 6–12 months telecalling/telemarketing/counsellor experience is often preferred but not always mandatory.
  • Main duties: calling leads, explaining institute’s home‑tutoring plans, fixing demos, following up, and maintaining call records.
  • Sometimes includes basic counselling of students/parents about subjects, timings, and fees, plus coordinating with tutors.
