Designation : Tele calling Executive/Officer
Job Description :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses for the Just Dial process
- Explain company services and business listing details clearly
- Generate leads by engaging with interested customers
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Ensure professional and polite communication at all times
What we are looking for:-
Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
Graduate or postgraduate
Personable, attentive, and active listener
Pleasant voice with pleasing telephonic etiquette's
Working knowledge of computers, coupled with the ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
Adept at typing with accuracy and speed.
