Position: Telecalling Executive

Department: Sales / Customer Service / Support

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Role OverviewA Telecalling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, or resolve customer issues. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales or collect feedback.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Prepare and share daily call reports with the supervisor.
  • Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or graduate degree (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
