Roles & Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with customers.
- Be proficient in Hindi and Marathi for effective customer communication.
- Handle outbound calls with a calm and professional temperament and manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ensure a customer-oriented approach with proper phone etiquette and service standards.
- Meet daily calling targets and follow defined calling scripts and processes.
- Candidate must have completed at least 12th grade.
