Community Onboarding & Management Executive – The Rental Community (TRC)


About The Role:

You will build and manage The Rental Community (TRC) — India’s largest network of rental business owners. Your responsibility is to bring the right rental businesses into TRC, keep them engaged, and ensure they continuously receive value.

A critical responsibility is to forward every verified Rentux lead to relevant TRC community members in a fair and timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

Community Onboarding

  • Identify and onboard rental businesses owners across India.
  • Clearly communicate TRC value proposition:
  • Collect business logo + owner photo (verify if sourced online).


Data Research & Lead Sourcing

  • Build & maintain a verified database.


Pre-Call Preparation

  • Research each business properly before calling.


Post-Onboarding Execution

  • Create Canva welcome creatives.
  • Draft welcome posts + welcome messages.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience.


Community Engagement & Lead Distribution

  • Keep TRC active, relevant, and spam-free.
  • Maintain meaningful discussions.
  • Forward every relevant lead received from Rentux to TRC members promptly.
  • Maintain a structured lead log.
