Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Real Estate (Pune)

Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain project details;

● Handle inbound inquiries from ads, portals, and campaigns;

● Generate and qualify leads for site visits;

● Maintain and update client database in CRM;

● Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling;

● Follow up with interested clients regularly;

Requirements:

● Graduate / HSC pass;

● 0–3 years of experience (Real Estate/BPO preferred);

● Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred);

● Basic computer and CRM knowledge;

● Target-oriented and confident personality;

Salary:

● Fixed + Incentives

● Balewadi, Pune.
