**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.

- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

- Achieve daily and weekly call targets.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

- Provide information about products and services to customers.

- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to management.

- Collaborate with team members to improve call quality and service.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.

- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade customers.
