Job Description
- Core Responsibilities & RequirementsProactive Patient Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce care packages and health monitoring services.
- Inbound Support Excellence: Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries, providing technical troubleshooting for care devices and empathetic health support.
- Lead Conversion & Enrollment: Identify client needs through active listening and successfully enroll them into appropriate telecare programs to meet monthly sales targets.
- Emergency Response Management: Monitor real-time health alerts and coordinate immediate action between clients, emergency services, and families while maintaining a calm office environment.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with families and healthcare providers to ensure high retention rates and service satisfaction.
- CRM & Documentation: Maintain meticulous digital records of every call, sale, and support ticket in our CRM system to ensure seamless care continuity.
- Dynamic Office Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles and floor briefings to share sales tactics and resolve complex support cases with the team.
- Professional Communication: Must possess native or near-native fluency in [Language, e.g., English/Hindi] with the ability to explain complex health tech in simple, persuasive terms.
- Resilience & Persuasion: A "never-give-up" attitude for sales, combined with the patience required to support elderly or vulnerable clients over the phone.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to multitask across multiple screens and software at an office workstation while maintaining a high "First Call Resolution" (FCR) rate.
