Job Description

  •  Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients/leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
  • Explain company services/products clearly.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain proper call records.
  • Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.


  • Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Experience in tele calling / customer service is an advantage.
