Role Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns. The role includes client communication, property consultation, coordination for site visits, follow-ups, and driving conversions from enquiry to booking. This is a full-time on-site role requiring strong communication and an understanding of digital lead behaviour.


Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for digitally generated leads (Facebook, Google, Instagram, website, portals)

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate lead status updates

Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and developers

Provide consistent follow-up to convert leads into site visits and bookings

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Represent the company professionally during meetings and site visits

Generate daily and weekly sales progress reports


Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

Experience in real estate sales or telecalling for digital leads

Strong understanding of online marketing-driven lead funnels

Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Experience in customer support or client coordination

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Knowledge of real estate trends and local markets

Strong convincing skills, positive mindset, and target-driven approach


Package: Based on experience with attractive incentives on conversions.


Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday: 10:00 am 7:00 pm

Alternate Saturdays: Work From Home
