Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Call & follow up with B2B leads generated from IndiaMART.
• Explain LazyToddler’s product offerings (muslin swaddles, jhablas, baby essentials).
• Convert inquiries into orders by understanding customer needs and pricing.
• Share catalogues, price lists, and order forms via WhatsApp/email.
• Update CRM or Excel sheet with lead status.
• Coordinate with internal team for sample dispatch or queries.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales or telecalling preferred (FMCG/Garments/Baby products ideal).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and IndiaMART panel.
• Target-driven and proactive attitude.
• Freshers with confidence and basic sales skills can apply.
