Telecalling Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi and be comfortable working with laptops and Excel sheets. The primary goal of this role is to contact customers, verify their information, and update our database with accurate details to meet daily targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to customers based on the provided list to verify and cross-check information.
• Data Verification & Correction: Confirm customer details during the call and immediately correct/update any wrong information in the Excel database.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for the number of calls made and records verified.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure data hygiene in MS Excel.
• Reporting: Report daily progress and issues to the team leader.
• Requirements & Skills
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Marathi and Hindi is mandatory. (Basic English is a plus).

• Technical Skills:
• Must own/be able to operate a Laptop proficiently.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Data entry, filtering, updating cells).
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Communication: Clear voice, polite tone, and professional telephone etiquette
