Key Job Responsibilities

• Telesales: Contacting potential customers to sell credit card products and meet sales targets.
• Customer Interaction: Handling customer inquiries and explaining product features/benefits.
• Collection (Telecalling): Following up on overdue payments and assisting customers with repayment processes.
• Compliance: Adhering to RBI guidelines and company policy for customer interactions.

Role Requirements & Skills

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduates.
• Experience: 0–6+ years of experience (freshers often accepted).
• Languages: Good communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi).

• Salary: Generally ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹23,000+ per month depending on location, experience, and role, plus incentives.
