Telecalling Executive - Female

Profile: Telecalling / Lead Calling Executive - Female.

We are hiring Telecalling Executives for both INBOUND and OUTBOUND calling.

Candidates will call interested leads generated from online promotions and

also do cold calling when required.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls

- Call prospects and explain SaakhiPay process and services clearly

- Convert interested prospects into confirmed clients

- Collect basic details and fix appointments with seniors

- If the candidate closes the client on call, spot incentive will be given

- Coordinate with internal team for follow-ups

- Maintain proper call records and lead status

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 12th Pass

- Good communication and convincing skills

- Languages required: Marathi and Hindi (basic English preferred)

- Minimum 1 year experience in telecalling / sales preferred

- Female candidates are welcome

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹14,000 per month

- Fixed and spot incentives based on performance

- Monthly earning potential: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000+
