Job Title: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options, arranging site visits, and closing sales. Candidate must have strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills. Ability to build relationships, meet monthly sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound real estate leads
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange & conduct property site visits
• Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Build positive customer relationships

Requirements:

• Good communication & presentation skills
• Confident, proactive & target-driven
• Real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Immediate joiners preferred
