Key Responsibilities

Team Performance Management: Drive, monitor, and report on daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and support to telesales representatives to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring: Conduct call monitoring and evaluations to ensure quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to scripts.

Strategic Execution: Implement sales strategies and initiatives to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, attendance, and handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints.

Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports for senior management
