- Candidate should have 3 + Years’ experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Order Management and Service Delivery
- Must possess regular full-time degree (BE/B.Tech/Post Gradute/Gradute)
- CCNA certified preferred
- Good communication skill (customer service exp preferred)& internal stake holders
- Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom and network
- Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift
- Good knowledge in MS OfficeÂ
