Knowledge and Skills

  • Candidate should have 3 + Years’ experience in Telecom/ ISP Industry in Order Management and Service Delivery
  • Must possess regular full-time degree (BE/B.Tech/Post Gradute/Gradute)
  • CCNA certified preferred
  • Good communication skill (customer service exp preferred)& internal stake holders
  • Candidate should have basic knowledge in Telecom and network
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Willing to work in 24*7 rotational shift
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
