Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in promoting Wiqix Technologies’ products/services over the phone, generating leads, and supporting our sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain leads in the company database.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and handle queries professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead handover.
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and activity reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate(MBA, BBA, Bcom).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in telemarketing/sales is a plus.
