Job Description
- JustDial Limited, a leading Indian local search and internet technology company, is hiring Telemarketing Executives for its Pune office.
- The role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, client onboarding, and promotion of company products and services.
- Candidates must have strong communication skills in English and a regional language, along with a proactive and target-driven approach.
- Eligibility includes any Graduate or Postgraduate qualification; freshers, undergraduates, and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Age criteria: 18 to 34 years; basic computer knowledge is mandatory, and sales or outbound calling experience is an added advantage.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of leads, interactions, and ensuring effective follow-ups.
- Salary for freshers: ₹18,631 CTC for the first 3 months (up to ₹14,500 take-home), increasing to ₹23,290 CTC (₹18,800 take-home) from the 4th month.
- Freshers are eligible for a retention bonus of approximately ₹13,000 in the 5th month based on policy.
- Salary for experienced candidates: ₹23,290 CTC (₹18,800 take-home), subject to successful document verification.
- This is a full-time, payroll role with industry-standard benefits; selection process includes registration, QR assessment, interview, Sales Genio assessment, and document verification.
